Happy Wednesday, you magical human.

Josh Spector recently talked about running a "delete week" (a brilliant idea that I'm implementing) His results? “Lighter, faster, clearer.” Yes, this whole newsletter is inspired by his post.

10 years of working on small startup teams has taught me that it's way harder to delete "priorities" than shipping one. The competition for time is fierce, and I think in the last few years, it's only gotten worse. "Do more with less" is a cute little phrase that makes most marketers flinch.

But it's got me thinking.

The folks who are really going wild out there, are doing more OF less.
With clear priorities and goals in hand, and the kind of momentum that comes from focus...

They are getting more results - with arguably the same or less effort.

One objective. A short, visible list of bets. Ruthless momentum.

We already know the 80/20 Rule—80 % of results from 20 % of effort. Today we flip it into action.

Tomorrow morning I'm doing a 30-Minute Delete Sprint - Join Me.

  1. Minute 0-10 - List every open initiative on a sticky note (features, channels, experiments, meetings).
  2. Minute 10-20 - Circle the ONE tied directly to revenue or your #1 goal
  3. Minute 20-25 - Draw a line through two items that might help but drain >2 hrs/week. Remove them from your roadmap/calendar/task manager.
  4. Schedule a follow‑up check‑in for next Wednesday to measure impact.

(Yes, deleting takes courage. But you’ll feel the oxygen rush within a day.)

Reply and tell me the two things you cut.
I read every response and may feature the bravest deletion in next week’s issue.

Just make the bet and do the one thing.

We've got this 💪🌹
